Since March 03 ISInova has been conducting an evaluation of the COASTMAN program on behalf of InWEnt (Internationale Weiterbildung und Entwicklung gemeinnützige GmbH). COASTMAN is concerned with the development and networking of regional training capacities for integrated coastal zone management in Southeast Asia and the Andean region. The evaluation focuses on the achievement of the programme’s objectives. For this purpose, qualitative guideline interviews with experts and a written survey of the participants will be conducted.
